My wife and I went here yesterday after she lost her phone. Biankah was amazing and helped us get a new phone even though she was by herself in the store. I recommend this store and especially this employee!!!
I can not rave enough about this location and about the sales consultant that helped me! Sharlene M. was absolutely amazing. After a bad experience at the Olympia location by Lowes, where they practically passed me off because the gentlemen there wasn't going to get commission for helping me, Sharlene helped me go from a prepaid account to a contract and able to get an upgrade from S9+ to the S20 Ultra Note like I wanted. All while keeping the number I had for 10+ years. She was knowledge, patient and a huge multitasker helping me along with another customer with kids trying to run around the store. She did it all with a smile! Well as much as you can see through a mask! I hope Sharlene M. gets the recognition for the work she's does, and know how lucky at&t is to have a worker there representing the company so well. Thanks again!!

I am a T-12 parapalegic, i have an existing medical condition, i cannot wear a mask!! I do believe my hippa rights where violated. So we will see after a letter to L&I, ADA, and the BBB. America, not Venezuela!
