T-Mobile

This T-mobile team is very helpful even with mask on! They explain everything to you in a way that you understand. They were very help with the exchanging of my phone and setup of my new phone. And the best part is they didn't push me to buy things I didn't need.

this store promised us several things if we switched over to T-mobile, such as a buy one get one free phone deal, a first responder discount and some other stuff, so we switched to t-mobile and we didn't get any of the deals they promised, and they are trying to charge us for a bunch of stuff we were told we wouldn't be charged for, they are refusing the buy one get one deal and want to charge us an additional $1000 for our 2nd phone. when we went in to talk to them about it they kicked us out of the store for asking them to do what they promised. this shouldn't be legal, they deserve to be sued and shut down. how in the world is a company like this allowed to exist.nthey are liars, cheats, and thieves and take pleasure in it

If you have a problem at this store don't even waste your time with them go straight to T-Mobile customer cares.nnOriginal story:nWent in for new phone. Nick sold me a phone without even offering to help also get me a new case or charger that would fit my new phone, because my old ones wouldn’t (you think the sales people at a phone store would know that and mention it to you). Honestly seemed to rush us out the door. When we discovered the new phone was not what we wanted we attempted to return it. They said their computers were down. When we were finally able to speak to the manager, Dustin, he told us it’d cost $50 to return the phone we didn’t want. Thanks for mentioning that when I bought the phone,Nick! I was obviously frustrated by this and Dustin was happy to use my frustration as an excuse to hang up on me instead of making any basic attempt to resolve the issue.nnHow such difficult and unfriendly unhelpful people became managers at a customer service job is beyond me. I wasn't happy with the product or with the service and their only response was to kick rocks.

If you are smart you will never go to this store, Nick the assistant manager and there is a red head (dyed) female and they both will take you for everything they can. They both lie and cheat. If you want a good store go to Yelm, We are seniors and we paid dearly. We should learn by now to never trust but it is hard when you want to believe in people.
