I am no longer a Metro customer, when I moved my signal was spotty so I was forced to switch. I wanted to unlock my phone for my grandma so she could have it and I could not reach customer service via phone since I was no longer a customer.nnI called this location and spoke with Christian and she told me to come on in and she would help me out. I got to the store and faced a small bit of difficulty with the unlock but made sure it could happen and she did.nnShe went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it very much. So does my grandma!!!
Cracked front and back of my s10+ galaxy, was worried the screen caused internal damage but they fixed the front and back less than half an hour after turning it in and only cost me $30 after their insurance program.
Christian helped me choose a good plan that would work for me, she was super friendly and had great customer service. She did everything super fast, explained everything in great detail. She not once got frustrated when I didn’t understand what she was explaining and even explained it to me again in such a friendly fashion. I recommend going to her for questions or concerns.
We came in close to closing and thought we would be turned away. Instead Christian and Jesus were more than helpful and worked with a couple of old people to get us up and running. Strongly recommend this branch!
I've had service them for a while now and have been very happy! Excellent and friendly customer service from the girl at the counter also she is smoking hot!!!! 5 stars for her as well!
