A cut above the rest is a humble description! My wife and I worked with an outstanding salesmen by the name of Jordan who was attentive and caring to our needs. We purchased a new mattress, bed-set, and sectional couch from him. And let me tell you he was nothing but patient and caring with us. We tried many options and while looking at them all he gave us his honest opinion and guided us to the best furniture for our value. Now after having the furniture we hold no regrets it has withstood the test of time! I emphatically suggest Jordan and American Freight for all your home furniture needs! I will certainly use him in the future!

My family had an outstanding experience here today with Curtis! The store was busy, he was hustling trying to help many customers! He was back and forth between all of us treating us like family! His knowledge and service was ON POINT! We can't wait to enjoy our new furniture! And it was absolutely lovely getting to know Curtis in the process! THANK YOU!!!! Highly recommend!
Jordan was awesome! He didn't pressure me into anything. He let us take our time looking around and gave us options on what we were looking for. He explained pricing and payments to us! The warehouse staff was just as friendly and helpful! Awesome experience!!!
I purchased a sectional online & was told it was ready for store pickup at this location. After renting a uhaul I arrived at the location only to find out my couch wouldn't be in for several weeks. I was given the option to choose one in store and since I had an event I did so. None of the ones I really liked were available but I finally settled on a larger, $600 more expensive option. When I got home with it I noticed we were given 2 of the same pieces instead of our end piece. I called the store and emailed corporate with no response for a week. Then my husband went into the store and they agreed to refund us the price difference between the two pieces. Its been a week and a half and still no refund and once again no response. Will not shop again.nnVery young unprofessional staff that were too busy smoking bud and chasing skirts.... Literally.
