Rude and horrible they don’t even understand when people going through stuff especially when the COVID is going on will not rent from them again found better furniture from someone else and way cheaper they wax you out of there high prices don’t care about anything and they’ll disrespect you DONT BUY FROM WILKINSBURG AND LOU THE MANAGER IS DISRESPECTFUL GO TO ARRONS OR ANOTHER LOCATION

I'm been dealing with them for a while and I've always had a great experience with them good friendly staff and workers..

They are horrible. Very unprofessionalnI made & order on January 7th. and it took two weeks for them to even attempt a delivery. Yesterday, the driver never showed up. I was told that the driver wasn't answering. & today I'm told they only half of my order. So I canceled never gainud83eudd28ud83eudd2c

I used to. be a long term renter from rac back in the early 2000s. It was always great to me. But now I don't know what's going on no one has compassion anymore. About a year ago i got a ps4 for my son the guys working there was super nice to us it was amazing i felt so happy. Then a few month's later I got a bedroom set.. I've been paying my bill even paid early sometimes but right around summer i lost some income and my car started breaking down I'm a delivery driver and I use my car so at this point that's my only income so i asked if my payment could be every 2 weeks. They did. Things was starting to look up a bit but them tragic struck and i was gone for 11 days. Things got backed up then but they still worked with me payments due every other sat but I had to do it the Wednesday after. So that's how I've been pa so to today i called and asked if I could pay my bill this Wednesday. I've been sick for a few weeks and couldn't workmuch so I didn't have any money. The new manager was like no if you don't come up with this amount I gotta take something he wanted to get the ps4 meanwhile I only had a little amount left to pay. He's like your playing games. Old management let this slide and I'm not doing that. I'm thinking how is falling on hard times playing games. And i always make my payments it's just this time the payment would of been later than usual because i was sick. So thank God I was able to make the today to pay off the play station. Now I'm sending the bedroom set back I can't deal with mean people. I mean as much as they charge they would be more understanding... I won't ever go back to RAC . i was so hurt today about how that guy talked to me on the phone smh. I mean I was trying and was going to succeed i just needed some time. I. Could see if i was a month late or 3 weeks late. Or if i was asking for discounts ect. I was gonna pay my bill in full then Saturday make my regular 2 week payment. Things would of been on time all the time after the 14th smh. All the money I already put into that bedroom set just gone. Btw I'm a single mother 4 kids one with a learning disability and one with cystic fibrosis. No money from the government just me working 12 or more hours a day to make things happen for them. I don't want pity. I was just asking for a few more days to pay my bill. But I was told that I'm playing games smh

I have had So many problems once I transfered to the wilkinsburgh RAC. They are rude and disrespectful. I ended up getting in contact with the district manager and had them transfer my account to the penn hills one. Never again.
