Metro pcs is not helpful at all some of there reps are not helpful at all nether is there customers service and even if u are account holder they will not be able to help u this is worse customers service I had to deal with just to get thing done

Princess was the most awesome customer service person ever. But the store still never refunded me my money. I'm really thinking about moving to boost instead. I don't like to be scammed for cash.

I love metroPCS! They are the only phone carrier that truly offers unlimited data plans. Last month I used 85 gb of data and wasn't charged more than $60, which is what my monthly plan is!
