Sold defective phone. Refused to help resolve problem. Update 11/11/20 The manager of Metro Stores did reach out to me and offered to resolve my issue with the defective phone. So glad there is still good customer service out here today! Will update on issue when resolution has been complete.Update 11/19/20 As promised the manager keep his word as to the resolution of my phone. Warranty replacement phone seems to being working well. Thank you Metro team.

This is a second metro pcs location I’m trying to visit today and this one is closed too. No signs, no notes, it’s 2pm and it’s closed. The sign says “open till 7pm”.

Sure enough a metro pcs is saw T-Mobile is located in the peniel shopping center they carry all the amenities for phone accessories and found they are also collect your monthly bills from my experience metro pcs side it's so attendees or very personal very kind India would be home here on time and the personality of the person idea what today was awesome you wanna come to metro pcs through having your phone transferred R change or are you Van our help to determine what might be or wrong or good liter phone stopping opinion shopping center for the best service possible

This store was amazing. My father passed away, and I needed to shut the phone off, took maybe 2 minutes to do. The store my father went to in Ohio was absolutely worthless & did nothing but say they couldnt help me, he has to cancel his plan. Ummm, what?!?!
