Katie was extremely helpful when my dad recently decided to finally take the step and switch from a flip phone to a smartphone. She set up everything in no time and even was able to transfer all of his contacts and everything to the new phone even though his old phone was really old. She did all of this very fast and efficiently as well, which was perfect for us as we were sort of in a hurry that night. A huge thanks to Katie!

The young man who helped me out today was so great. He was patient and eager to assist - even if he didn't know an answer, he found it. I had the opposite experience at the Waterworks location and was so pleasantly surprised. Thank you sir!

Had a great experience the woman that took care of me was very very wonderful and helpful. She made the experience very nice and knew the answers to all my questions and I'm pretty sure if she didnt know them she would of tried everything to find out for us. I highly recommend using this store and will be back for anything else as I am now switching from att to Verizon and was looking at xfinity and what sold me was the customer service at the store. Att was a bad experience and Xfinity was horrible in monroeville so thanks to Verizon in oakmont I am now a Verizon customer well will be when my phones come in this week!

Char Cuffee and Katie King are awesome! My husband and I knew we needed to switch our wireless service, but we weren't exactly sure about our options. Char and Katie walked us through everything and answered every question we had. Both women are very knowledgeable and friendly. Our experience exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy with the outcome.
