Always a good selection with decent prices. Never had an issue with staff, always pleasant! When I go to sell, I've never had them refuse everything. There is always something they'll take, which I consider a win. I know going in that i won't make a fortune selling but its better than nothing. Also, when my son came a month early and I had no newborn clothes, I was so grateful that I could get what he needed for a great price.

Went to trade in close to 75 items about half of them were new with tags - no stains, not worn, literally brand new (so many gifts from grandparents that they never wore). Name brand clothes. They gave me back all but 2 and offered me $2 and change. Are you kidding me?? Never again. Go elsewhere to trade.

The staff was not the nicest and seemed very impatient I brought in a lot of items but did not accept a single one which I am fine with. I have no problem that my clothes weren’t sold and I ended up donating them anyway. The problem was that the staff were not friendly and had an attitude. I know there are plenty other stores that I can donate and sell to so I will not be coming back. *the account was not under this name.

I had atleast maybe 16 items and there was a two hoyr wait so i thought it was worth it next rhing i know i get a text saying it was done so i went inside and they did NOTHING they lady who signed me in left her shift was done so theyresign me in for about another two hour waiy i go back inside omg THEY TOOK NOTHING GAVE ME ALL SIXTEEN ITEMS BACK i came buck with about 30 pairs of clothing all brand new havent been wornnNext thing i know they only took one item name brand item a very expensive one too offered me 3$ and the outfit was worth atleast 30$ staff is kinda nice but in ghe end we waited around 4 HOURS just so they could take one name brand outfit unbelieveable
