Fantastic service. Called on phone and Jami was very helpful and answered my many questions. My purchase was sent out same day and received next day! Great job!
I stopped in to see what they had and was surprised at the amount of items and quite large selection. There was a lot on sale and managed to snag a 5.5 qt Dutch Oven for over half off ud83dude0a The associate that helped me, Jami, was knowledgeable and no pressure. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to shop here again.
Had a great experience here. Bought my first of many Le Creuset products, and the sales representative Jamie was extremely helpful and kind. Will be returning for the holidays for gifts and myself!
The visit was very disappointing. The associate was Lisa. Normally we get exemplary customer service at all the Le Creuset stores. This visit was anything but that. She was too busy typing on her computer to help us. We are Le Creuset collectors and we shop the stores regularly. She did not guide us to any bulk deals or sales. We will return but she needs guidence on how to wait on clients properly.
