Laci at Lovesac in the Ross Park Mall was extremely helpful in assisting me find what I needed. She was very knowledgeable on the product and helped me figure out what was best for me. Highly recommend this store and working with this associate. She made it feel as though getting the right products for me were more important than the sale. Which is extremely important for the consumer and shows the type of quality employees Lovesac hires. Will shop here again.
We were very pleased with the help we received at the Ross park store. Lacie was terrific and so was the newer salesman. We were hesitant to buy a love sac because they are so expensive. If the product is as good as the service, we may have to buy another!!
This will be our 5th couch purchase and our 3rd love sac. We love the design, comfort, and arrangements of love sac furniture. It can fit anywhere in the house and easily movable and redesigned.
Kaitlyn was phenomenal!!! Beyond helpful! I had many questions and she quickly responded to all of them! She went above and beyond to hell me purchase the perfect sactional for me!!
Knowledgeable employees, great samples in the showroom to test the different fills and covers. Quicker shipping than even expected despite a holiday.
