They were fast, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Gave me information on what to look for, should my laptop start showing signs of malfunction again although they were certain they fixed the problem for good. I’ve had no issues since getting it back. I highly HIGHLY recommend!

4Star was amazing! Fast customer service at a great price!! He was able to save all our family pictures and documents and transfer them to a new hard drive that runs so smooth and fast now it's hard to believe that our computer is 3 years old!
