Was very calming and relaxing, I had a hard time trying not to fidget but that’s just my ADHD, it did and didn’t feel like an hour, the whole employee crew were so nice, would definitely recommend this at least once. Should definitely be an experience everyone should try

My first time at True rest float spa was amazing! Wonderful staff, very clean, and SO relaxing! Definitely something everyone should try!

can't say enough great things about this place...the staff and owner are incredibly nice, the atmosphere and the experience are so relaxing..Highly recommend! A++

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, very clean, incredible experience in the floating tank. You can control everything, from total sensory deprivation to piped in music and/or lights. This has to be experienced to be believed.
