Was an awesome experience!! I found HiBrou after searching the PGH area for someone who cares about quality work. After many awful threading experiences, I found HiBrou. Her passion about beauty and customer satisfaction is hands down the best. I inquired about treatment for rosacea and she was very knowledgeable and helped create a plan. Will continue to visit for threading and many other beauty needs.

Trisha always does an amazing job on my brows!! We’ve been discussing my skin concerns and I received my first facial yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! I’m very excited to be on this “clear skin” journey with Trisha and can’t wait to see what we accomplish in a few months!

Recently had my brows done by Trisha (powder brows). It's so nice to have brows again, as I've lost most of mine due to health issues. Trisha is so attentive to detail, the spa is super clean, and I just can't say enough good about my experiences at Hibrou! I highly highly recommend Trisha at Hibrou for Ll your skincare needs!!!

I've been a faithful client at HiBrou for four years. I started seeing Trisha when I was new to the area and looking for someone who specialized in eyebrow threading. Since that time she has carefully and patiently helped me develop a skincare routine that is compatible with my newly diagnosed (and numerous) skin allergies. Her facials are amazing - each one is customized based on the skin's condition and needs.nnTrisha has mastered both the art and science of her profession. I recommend her to all my friends and family (some of which now travel from out of state to see her).

So friendly and great service. She took her time and asked me what I thought during the entire service, even gave me time to see in the bathroom mirror which makes a huge difference. She knows skin and gave me great tips as well. I will definitely go back again for threading and other services.
