Fourth of July weekend they have a sale we need a recliner sounds perfect! No one greeted us at the door, so we had to meander around the store trying to find what we were looking for. Couldn't find anyone that worked there, maybe they couldn't see how rich we were behind our masks? Didn't see anything we liked so we left.
Purchased a bedroom set. It arrived damaged and was not assembled correctly. The delivery crew also damaged my walls. We returned everything and bought elsewhere.
It is not a top end furniture store, but you have many middle of the road choices. Nothing with wow factor. There is no attempt to sell a concept, but rather a warehouse style. I thought it used to be much better....
they DO NOT stand behind their furniture. Purchased two leather chairs they had to be replaced in less than eight months. Then those chairs failed again in eight or nine months and they would not honor the warranty.
We were 3rd in lime and we had to wait 20 minutes:(
