Our salesman, Vaughn was great. He was informative and helpful
Ronald A. was very knowledgeable of the product and explained it thoroughly. We enjoyed our visit to the store and did buy a bed. We left with all our questions answered and with an enjoyable visit with Ronald.
Was sold a broken sleep number bed. They would not service it because of the covid 19 and it had to be returned so my husband could have a place to sleep seeing how his side wouldn't stay inflated. Salesman Ron deliberately misinformed us about what it would cost us if the bed didn't work out and I was charged twice for delivery. $425 (just in delivery fees!) for a month with a broken bed.
Great experience. Knowledgeable staff. Ron was excellent. Educated us about all the products and gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision on our purchase. I was very pleased.
Jeff at south hills village was extremely helpful and patient. 2 days of trying to decide between 8 and 10. He was extremely knowledgeable about his products and others. Can't thank him enough for helping me make a good decision. Thanks again Jeff
