I had a tremendous experience with the Mount Lebanon Mattress Firm store. I purchased a bed a few years ago from a different Mattress Firm location and unfortunately it was starting to sag, significantly. I was able to submit a “premature wear and tear” warranty claim online, and I brought the warranty voucher to the store to use towards replacing the mattress. Matt C. was absolutely fantastic! He helped me to understand why I may not have chosen the right mattress in the first place (based on my sleeping position) and he showed me a range of beds that he recommended based on expectated longevity, and my preferred density. The best part was that he did not try to pressure me into buying a crazy expensive bed! He showed me options that were all well within my price range. We found 2 beds that I really liked, and he didn’t try to pressure me to make an instant decision. He gave me a print out with info on both models and told me to think about it, and to stop by or call if I had any questions. After about a week, and a bit of research, I found the one that I liked, and Matt got it ordered it for me! It’s been about 3 weeks, and so far, I absolutely love my new mattress! I am getting much higher quality sleep, and I am sleeping so much more comfortably!nnThanks Matt!
