I would recommend this place - I’ve made a few major purchases here and have found the product and service to be top notch.nnI’d particularly recommend working with Robin! She is a product expert and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience from start to finish.
My wife and I came in last Saturday afternoon. We were looking to buy an outdoor wood-burning fireplace. Upon entering, We noticed 3 employees talking to a couple who were customers. We were not greeted or acknowledged. We proceeded to walk around, and covered around 75% of the sales floor. Along the way, we saw 2 different employees engaged with other customers, and again we were not greeted or acknowledged. Eventually we found what we were looking for, and were not impressed with the selection of 3. Maybe they had more in in back or some that could be ordered....if only an employee took the time to recognize someone ready to buy. My money went elsewhere that day, and in any future days that I need something similar, I certainly won't be shopping here.
I have been shopping at FirePlace and Patio for 25 years and have purchased all of my patio furniture, indoor fireplaces and grills. I have never had anything but excellent service. Even years after I needed parts etc for products. Will continue to shop there for all of my needs and highly recommend them.
We had a great experience at the Patio and Fireplace store on McFarland Road when we bought our Hanamint patio furniture in 2014.nThis year we screened in the patio and decided to add cushions to this great set. We went back to the McFarland store and received the same outstanding service from Frank Dasta. Not only was he very knowledgeable on the size and different types of cushions available to us but also helped us choose the perfect color. Can highly recommend this store!
Never been in the store but whoever drives the company van drives extremely reckless! How you treat potential clients matters even outside of the business.
