Alexander S was very helpful and professional. I came in having done research on what phone was in my budget and he listened and did not try to pressure me into a more expensive model. That is always appreciated! He answered all my questions and printed out price quotes to help me better understand my options. Overall, hands down one of the best Verizon techs I’ve worked with and one of the best salesman I have come across. He also engaged in conversation and wished me good luck on my upcoming interviews as I was leaving. I had a great experience at this location!
