Great store, great staff, received awesome plan advice on my sprint account!
Stopped down yesterday to this store to purchase an Apple Watch and manager was extremely helpful and explained options to us to save us on our bill and get us all new phones. Highly recommend! We have used the South Hills village location in the past, but this is definitely a better store...they look out for their customers.
Haven't gone but reading reviews have convinced me not to go. Ill be going to another store.
I would leave zero stars if that was an option. Most of the employees are lazy and useless, including the manager. I purchased a certified refurbished phone which ended up being broken (no vibration or home screen locking). The same day that the phone was purchased, I notified the sprint store. Days later, and various visits with no help I contacted the manager who told me there would be a $45 restocking fee on the broken phone they sold me in order to get a replacement. Considering the sold phone was broken, there should not be a restocking fee. If you are looking to receive poor service, broken devices, and attitude, this is the store for you!
