An unpleasant business runs by an unpleasant individual. Ryan seems to know computers however his customer service experience and his basic inter personal skills are non-existent. Rude, dismissive, arrogant, extremely opinionated to the point of implying annoyance with a customer’s choices. He allows his personal views on hardware leads him to dismiss customer experiences/needs/and wants out of hand. Holding a conversation with him is a trying experience as he forcefully interjects his opinions over the customer, often talking over a customer. Thoroughly unpleasant experience, why such an individual would gravitate to the service industry I cannot say. If you have the patience to deal with him I supposes he will eventually solve your computer needs with the four hours he puts in on an given day.nnI have found Best Buy employees to be more helpful.

When it rains it pours. I had an extremely busy and important weekend ahead and on Thursday morning my laptop stopped working. I brought it in and within 24 hours they had it back up and running 110%. Very professional and helpful while at a fraction of the cost and time a Geek Squad place would have been. Can't recommend these guys enough.

There is no other place in Pittsburgh that is gonna cater to a Gaming PC like Computer Stop!nn10/10 would recommend
