Fantastic day. Got the luggage that I needed with an extra 30% off( they were already 55% off,) and another 25% off for opening a Macy's charge. London Fog Luggage. The sales girls went out of their way to help me figure out what I needed. They were great and should get a raise. This was a task for me after awhile so I really appreciated their help

Hello everyone. Just got the best customer service from Joel who is in the jewelry department at the Macy's in the South Hills Village. I was looking for charms and the ones I needed weren't available in store. Joel went above and beyond to find them online. He even placed the order for me. They'll be arriving at my house next week. Thanks Joel!!!

worst service I had ever had. unwelcoming. girl in retail that’s by the sunglasses. Top floor. Early 20s. very unfriendly , unprofessional. I honestly don’t even wanna step a foot back in there again. People are unemployed during this pandemic and you have employees like that. It’s a shame.
