One of the dirtiest mausoleums I've been in. I had to stop in the office to tell them abt bugs in the mausoleum as well as spider webs all over the grave stones and mold on the carpet downstairs. The windows look terrible as they leak. I agree with others, the staff not the friendliest.nnI also inquired abt broze ornaments for on the grave stones. Although the pictures to look at have increased the price has skyrocketed. I purchased one for my mother several years ago for less than $100. I was told they are now @ $400. Unbelievable.
I would like to thank Mark at the office for helping my fiance find his parents being that he did not know where they were located. He helped in many ways more than one by being kind and cooperative and very patient. He did research and call us back.. was every detail that he could find. I do not know why there are bad reviews. In my experience it was delightful to speak with somebody so cooperative. Professional friendly and absolutely an angel. Thank you Mark.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience. The staff and manager are very rude. Only do business with them if you want to be insulted and treated horrible at a very painful time of your life. We traveled from NC to visit the moselium on a Saturday. We had called earlier in the week to confirm the hours. We drove and when we showed up it was locked. We could not go until Monday and had to extend our trip. The manager was rude and chalked it up to human error. Truly disgraceful.
Absolutely the most rude and unprofessional unhelpful staff. I can’t believe they would use scare tactics and lies to try and make even more money off family’s that are in mourning.
I needed help finding the gravesite of my husband's 2x great-grandmother. They were very helpful and even gave me a map. Thank you!
