Don't order the marguerita pizza. They do not know what basil is. First time I ordered they had none. Second time they put cilantro on it.
How can you not love Panera. Great people working there and great food.
Got less than half of the food I ordered. Shorted 20 bucks manager was the one who handed me my food and said the whole order was complete... short two sandwiches and don’t understand how a manger working the line makes this mistake. Amazed this place is above 3 stars.
I don’t take the time to write reviews but my experience here was more than annoying. I tried to order online, website was having issues so I called in my order at 10:00 am for 12 pm. I get there and there is a huge line of people and my order isn’t in the pick up area. I tell them I’m picking up my order and ask if it’s ready. No one can find it. They make me give them all kinds of information, still can’t find it. I wait and wait. The shift suprivisor working tells me my order is ready, they found it and it will be a few minutes. I ask if it’s ready why do I have to continue to wait? He just responds “one minute” and walks away. I can see them making it in the back so obviously he is lying to me. Minutes later someone brings it to me. Don’t lie to your customers. Very poor management. Not going back.
We got soup.. the bowls were filled maybe half way and got cold after two bites.
