I could write a book but I'll keep it short and sweet, long wait times and order mix ups are the status quo at Panera. I don't think you'll ever get it straightened out.
We ordered from their website. Had to call to find out where it was after more than an hour. They told us they would remake it and contact DoorDash to pick it up. They called us back half an hour or so later and said they had the order but DoorDash didn't and there was nothing they could do, they didn't have any way to get it to us.nNeedless to say, this is our last order from them via delivery. Not a great experience.
Nice place. Nice sitting area. We took Broccoli cheese soup bowl and it was awesome. It closes little early by 9:00pm but when we reached there by 8:30 they were anyhow wrapping up. Please be there by 7:30-8:00 for your dinner.
Ate the ciabatta, egg and cheese sandwich and it was great!
This place is terrible! Every time I go the rapid pick up orders are never ready on time. They are so slow and it’s unacceptable. I will never recommend this location to anyone. It’s terrible service.
