I came in needing a new bed that was comfortable, affordable n I could take home same day. I not only got all of that i got a very friendly, polite, honest n let me lay on the bed and see if it meets my needs. It very much does. The gentlemen helped fold and wrap the bed with a strong string to put it in my car. The gentlemen helped carry it out n pit it in my SUV. Thanks so much ur amazing & i would highly recommend this location. Only thing is google needs to update their new location. Other then that great place. Friendly & Polite people!

Ron Stiglitz was very welcoming and took time out as I searched my mattress. He worked with what I was looking for and did not sway me towards something I did not like. He explained all the specs clearly to me. I liked that I was able to come in person and try out the mattress during this COVID time. This Mattress Firm is very clean and following protocol for masks and everything. Overall great and comfortable experience.

Well I had a great and really pleasing experience. All the process was easy and fast thanks to Mike's help. He did everything easy and took his time to talk about the benefits and difference between the items. Definitely my husband and I felt comfortable with Mike. He also helped us to get a good deal, so that was really diligent from him. I had an experience with mattress firm before, but this one was really good. ud83dudcaf% recommended.

We were expecting the typical high pressure sales tactics that we have experienced in the past, but we were surprised. Matt was great at showing us each mattress and explaining the features and advantages of each one. He also explained why our old foam mattress was breaking down and the differences between the old one and the new one that we purchased. A bonus was the explanation of open cell and closed cell foam. Matt’s many years of experience were obvious by the knowledge that he shared with us.

First off, Mike was awesome, superb.! He was so personable and helpful with getting us the bed we wanted. I would go back to him every time. He was very honest too, and did not try to push us to get something we didn’t want! He evaluated what we needed in a bed and gave us several options to fit our budget and our comfort. The best customer service in a long time! He needs a promotion or something. Great representation of what great customer service should be! If you ever visit the store, Ask for mike!
