I went to several stores in one day and this was the last store I went to. The lady that helped me was very nice and not pushy trying to over sell me on things that I didn't want like the other stores had that day, we were able to find something in the price range I was looking to be in that was also comfortable. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a mattress or a bed frame.
Good customer service and good selection of beds for every type of sleeper. I like a more firm bed and so far it’s great.
Could not be happier with my new mattress, and how easy Robin made it to select, finance, and have delivered. The delivery guys were prompt, and very nice. When you work for a great place, the service you're going to get from employees will be top-notch. And it really was. I'll be recommending your place to friends and family!
Very nice and big selection of every thing for the bedroom.
I purchased a bed for my daughter in the end of 2017. Shortly after I bought the bed, I had to call the store for the headboard to be serviced which they did. Fast forward to last month and the headboard broke again! She’s 12 so it’s not like she’s jumping on the bed or rough housing but I called the store to get some direction on where to get it repaired. They took my contact information and someone called me back 3 days later informing me that because the bed is out of warranty they couldn’t assist me. My issue isn’t the warranty, my problem is that I was willing for pay for someone to come fix it as I’m not sure how to do it myself however he kept going back to the warranty!!!nHe couldn’t even give me the name and number to anyone that I could hire to fix it. Telling someone they can’t even pay out of pocket to get an item fixed isn’t a way to keep life long customers, I won’t be back!
