We had another excellent experience with Ethan Allen, this time at the store in the Waterfront in Pittsburgh. Our sales associate Karen was great. She helped me narrow down some design choices and her instinct was spot on. The furniture was actually ready to be delivered a little early, which was awesome. It looks fantastic, its extremely comfortable and will last for decades. Very happy with Ethan Allen.

We've been buying furniture from Ethan Allen (formerly Manor House) for over 40 years and have always been pleased with the quality of the materials and the workmanship and appreciative of the professional interior designer services.nnOur latest purchase is a swivel rocking chair for the living room. Erica, our designer, helped me choose a heavy duty fabric that would coordinate with the other pieces in the room. The chair is very well made, comfortable and looks great. It was even delivered before the date promised.

I recently retired to a rural area with very few local furniture shopping options. I tried several online design options for my new home with very disappointing results. However, my experience with Ethan Allen and with Erica Sipos was outstanding. Erica responded to my online question within minutes and was with me every step of the way since then. She listened to my design ideas, favorite (and least favorite) colors and my comments about the way I live and use the space. She provided pictures, floor plans, fabric samples, and a lot of creative ideas based on what she heard me say. The Ethan Allen tools she had to work with were very useful. She gave me plenty of choices, was cognizant of my budget and was not offended if I passed on an idea. However, she did gracefully push back on a few things that I initially rejected, because she knew her inventory and product and was sure that something would work (and in she was right!). Her communication skills are outstanding. She kept me apprised of her timing as we worked together on the design. I have had Ethan Allen furniture in the past and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the furniture and fabrics. I love my newly furnished great room. Ethan Allen's remote design services stand out way ahead of the others out there. I highly recommend them. And, of course, I can't say enough good things about Erica!

Earlier this year we engaged Erica Sipos from Ethan Allen for on-line design services and we could not be happier with the outcome. The level of service that she provided was amazing and her communication could not have been better. Our formal living room looks amazing, the quality of the furniture is first class and they way she brought all of the pieces together is something we could not have done by ourselves......sofa, tables, chairs and art all look amazing together.
