Rick Chavez was our salesman. Very professional and a real gentleman. Showed us what we were looking for at a great price and had some extra money to spend on new lamps. Rick even helped my wife in a wheelchair out of the store to our car and took chair back. It is so uplifting that some people still know how to be good Americans. United we stand!

I have been frustrated with Levin’s service over the last 3 months but I have reached my breaking point today when they tried to offer me the same piece of defective furniture twice in a row. To set the stage, I recently acquired a new home that was in desperate need of furniture. I attempted to procure a lovely bedroom set from Levin’s back in July and the delivery date was set for August. The turn around time was quite acceptable given the current elevated threat level the planet is in. This was the last good interaction I had with Levin’s.nnWhen the first piece of the set, the dresser, was delivered I was distraught to come to the realization that the corner of the dresser was bashed in. Given the elevated price point, I rejected the dresser and was informed I could receive a replacement unit in a few weeks. This caused me much strife due to the fact that still I have no furniture in my place of living and must continue to store my clothes in an unorganized fashion, with no recourse offered by Levin’s. After multiple phone calls I was able to get the delivery fee refunded, but no discount on the purchase or an expedited delivery timeframe. Jump forward a few weeks and I receive ANOTHER defective dresser with a damaged drawer. Again I rejected the delivery with the promise that the next delivery would be correct. I accepted that the next piece would hopefully meet the standards of the price I paid for the unit. How naive I was..nnToday I opened the door with glee to find the Levin’s delivery team outside my still-furniture-lacking house. Now what I’m about to say may shock you to your very core, so please continue reading with caution. The delivery team was friendly and cordial, but the unit they were given to deliver WAS THE EXACT SAME DAMAGED DRESSER AS THE SECOND ATTEMPTED delivery. I was gutted, in dismay, and frustrated beyond compare. After sending the delivery unit away with the dresser for a 3rd time, I determined this would be the final time. My next course of action was to attempt to cancel the order as Levin’s blatantly failed to uphold their side of the deal, which was as simple as providing me a non-damaged furniture set. After multiple hours with various levels of support individuals, the only recompense Levin’s could offer was a $100 in-store gift card and that the option of a refund was beyond their ability. The value of this gift card pales in comparison to the value of the furniture I purchased, especially when I have no intention of returning to Levin’s for any level of purchase.

We want to thank Dennis for all of his help today, Sunday the 18th. He was wonderful and we had him running around checking on all sorts of things for us and you could really tell that he was happy to do it. Although we ended up buying furniture elsewhere, we just wanted to thank Dennis for all of his hospitality today! He was top notch and really just on a next level of customer service! We had a really positive experience. We found exactly what we were looking for. The saleswoman was so lovely and knowledgable. The 2 pieces of furniture look beautiful in our home!
