This establishment is FIRST CLASS all the way!! From the top on down, the employees are first in customer satisfaction, service and product. We loved our experience with Virgin Carpets! They provided an in-home consult 45 minutes away from their store, helped us select options we had not even considered, and seamlessly installed both flooring and trim, with professional installers, which can be hard to find these days. We were also pleasantly surprised with how competitive their pricing was. You can't beat the quality of family-owned business!

We recently had carpeting and tile installed in our home and cannot thank Virgin Carpets and Flooring enough. When we first proposed the idea of getting new carpeting in our game room and replacing carpeting for tile for our dining room, we were not sure where to begin but we are so glad that we looked into Virgin Carpets and Flooring. The measurements that were completed to get an estimate took no time at all, our questions were answered extremely quickly, helpful suggestions were given, and everyone we encountered with were extremely polite and professional. For getting two rooms completed, it only took 4 hours on install day and the installers made sure that everything was put back into place before leaving! Totally impressed!nOur family that has seen the rooms so far say the same thing that we have in that the carpeting in our game room is extremely soft and inviting and the tile in the dining room makes our dining room appear bigger. Thank you, thank you, thank you once again for making the process so simple for us. We have more rooms that will need new carpeting and we will be sure to give you a call and will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.nThank you!!!

Virgin carpets was so easy to work with. Lauren helped me select exactly what I described to her (that isn't easy!) Dan measured with such precision that the installers didn't have any troubles. Speaking of the installers, they were the kindest, most respectful people who have ever been in my home. I will definitely be returning to Virgin carpets when I need more carpet in the future.
