Having a hard time getting my furniture returned I bought a uncomfortable living room set from them from them and they never offered me free delivery when I paid over 4,000 dollars for 2 sets it’s ridiculous to find out I could’ve purchased it online for 500$ a set this is ridiculous! Never again

Guys please go online than to buy their furniture. They order online paying $500. And sell to us $1200 this guys are crazy.
I purchase over $3,000 (paid in full) worth of furniture from them. Several weeks after it should have arrive I had to call and stop by the store multiple times before anyone would tell me where my furniture was. Once finally delivered to me, they were brought into my house (no packaging) and left in pieces in my dining room. I arrived home after he left (owner delivered the furniture) and my husband was not aware that I was told they would be fully installed upon delivery. I then discovered that we were not given the new furniture we paid for, but pieces from their showroom that were visibly used and damaged. The furniture was picked up that day and I was promised our new pieces would arrive the next week. It is 2 months later and my furniture still has not arrived! The owner is extremely rude and has hung up on me several times. He will lie to you and tell you your furniture has shipped, but it has been almost 7 months and I am still waiting. I will never buy from them again.
