Very helpful staff. I had done my homework online and gone to the store knowing what I wanted. The sales associate was helpful in answering a few questions. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Best Buy is the very best place for not only purchasing all of your electronics, but also for your repairs! Some may think they are paying too much, but unless you really know what you are doing, the Geek Squad personnel will always either do your repair or are honest enough to tell you if you are wasting your money vs making a new purchase! I have personally dealt with them for years and I have never been sorry! Thanks Best Buy!

I only go to Best Buy if I can't wait for Amazon. I probably go twice a year. I never really had a bad experience, they are just expensive.
