This place rocks. The staff is laid back and knowledgeable. The store is clean and the location is easy to get to.

No mask no service? Denied entry even though I have Asthma. ADA issue at this point and corporate has been called since these store level employees can't seem to read state and CDC guidelines for covid19 mask wearing. Will not return to this store and wouldn't recommend anyone go here.

My husband and I had an excellent experience upgrading our phone at the T-Mobile store#5491 in pleasant hills tonight. SEAN McCARNEY was very personable as well as extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed the time we spent with him and appreciate his patience and time. We feel he is an asset to T-MOBILE and just wanted to express our thoughts and say thank you Sean. ud83dudc4d.

Friendly, efficient employee handled my concerns. Quick in and out to pay my bill and get insurance instructions for a damaged phone. This store is good.

Dion (spell check) was incredibly helpful and engaging and was able to confidently answer any questions I had. I was able to walk out of the store with a brand new phone and accessories without being nervous about the upgrade at all!
