Worst sprint/T-Mobile store, the blond man was not honest with me with my bill. I come in today just to be told I owe over $400. I was in shock, I paid off what I owed and he said from then on I only had to pay $30 each month. Then they hit me with that! I went to the T-Mobile store in McKnight and they were so nice and honest! Anywhere but here.

I've been a customer of Sprint for 22+ years. I bought a Smart watch. I was 1 day late to return it & they would not take it back. I've never been so mad in my life. We get no special treatment. No extra benefits. I'm so done with Sprint. I'm definitely looking for another carrier who will value my business & who will be cheaper. I'm tired of this expensive phone bill & their customer service.

Didnt go there.I went to UPS store.Heard Sprint is decent service,but for what they charge your better giving your money to Verizon.

There are a good many shops here without enough parking and hard to get in/out of with the way it drops onto Rt 51. The UPS store is here, a coffee shop, restaurants. My husband had to drop me off and go find a place to park.

It's just horrible, that's all there is to say, unlike Xfinity mobile on the other hand
