Metro by T-Mobile

I traveled over an hour to this store because I was told Dana was the good. Boy was I told lie. She wasn't good she was the best. All the years I've been with metro I have never been treated so nicely and amazing. Dana immediately greeted me and came right over and asked what I was there for. I was there for an upgrade. She showed me the best phones for what I needed.then sat there with me while I attempted to set it up and walked me through it to make sure it was working right. No matter where I live I will be traveling to her store for my metro needs. Dana was very knowledgeable about all the product. And very nice!

very unprofessonal it was the new guy. he didn't have that much of an idea about what he was doing all i wanted to do was trade phones and get a new service with T-Mobile. but i ended up with doing nothing. Because i had to waid almost 3 and half hour for that and when i said this is taking too long and the guy who was helping me was very unprofessional. he said get out of my store. that is not the way to deal with costumers.

The lady here was really nice and knows her phones will definitely come back here

My husband and I were SO IMPRESSED with the manager at the Pleasant Hills store, Dana!!! Not only with her professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and just her fantastic personality and attitude!!! My husband and I are both on the same account with Metro. We haven't been able to call each other's phone's for the past 3 months. After numerous calls and 1.5 hours on the phone with Metro corporate they were still unable to correct the problem.nDana was stumped also for about 5 minutes but she didnt give up and was able to correct the problem.nWe have had nothing but great experiences every time we have dealt with her, therefore we drive way out of our way to only go to her store.nBecause of Dana's great attitude we also purchased a new phone and accessories today.nDana definitely deserves a promotion, people like her are hard to find these days.nnThank you,nMatthew Kortz & Christina Bichler

I now will not go anywhere else for my cell needs I was so very satisfied with the young lady that helped us and treated us with so much respect and was so kind to our daughter. Her name is Dana Backode she helped us with the email for the phone and helped move containment etc. Thank you so much for being a great store and she’s an amazing person and manager.
