I was having some issues with my iPhone XR and was greeted as helped by representative Justin and Technician Adam C. Adam was great, my phone had a no service issue but he was able to issue me a loner device until my warranty replacement arrived. They even helped set up and transfer the information to my new device. Thanks T-Mobile for saving the day after an IOS 14.1 update.nnAllen B. One proud T-Mobile customer. Thanks again Adam C.

Eric helped me out big time. Switched from iPhone 11 to the One Plus 8 5G and loving it. Even switched from Verizon to TMobile in the same transaction. Awesome help from him.

Great service, Cynthia was very helpful, she very thoughtfully recommended options based on our hotspot requirements.

I will forever go to this T-Mobile store only. I went to the one in South Park and the man completely screwed up my account and when I tried to buy a brand new iPhone 11 and pay it off right there he gave me a defective phone and put me on a lease without even telling me he did that we didnt see till later on receipt what he did. He had no clue what my problem was on the phone because he seemed to be drugged up so I left and just came to the Brentwood store. They were amazing fixed everything the man screwed up on my account at South Park T-Mobile and gave me an actual working phone. Great customer service at this store very nice employees thank you for helping me. I work in retail and I know it can be stressful but what that man at South Park did was unacceptable and I truly do appreciate the two girls, Tina and Nicole, who helped me fix everything that day.

This is a smaller location but the employees are friendly kind and helpful! Usually two reps on at a time so it doesn’t take that long to be seen and they still have the same amount of products As the others stores and it’s close to a lot of other stores so if you’re in the area this is a great location to stop at!
