Love GameStop... unfortunately the staff at the brentwood location are very rude. There was one employee there that was very nice and took time with customers. However that doesn't appear to be the norm.nThere is a female staff member there (while informative) is beyond rude. I get your probably tired of getting asked about playstation 5 and xbox launch, but that's your job!!

Little overpriced used items compared to The Exchange. Good employees though.

Standing in front of the store at 2:00pm on Thursday December 3rd and the gates are down and nobody is here??

I have yet to find a GameStop I didn't like, they are all very helpful and kind people. They helped us find everything we needed and showed us everything on clearance as well. I don't go to this one often, but it was a great experience and found everything that I needed easily and in good time as well.
