Kohl's

This could of been a bad review but it totally turned around. I ordered a drive up pick up order. I was in a hurry so I never checked the bag. When I got home it was wrong. I called and spoke to Bonnie in customer service. She went above and beyond to pull my correct order. When the item was out of stock she had me find a replacement item and also gave me Kohls cash for a future trip. It was awesome. 2 days later I went back for the pickup of the items. Jessica was very helpful and brought everything to my car. True customer service!

Great place to shop, customer service was extremely helpful in providing assistance as to where to drop off return packages for Amazon. Sales were great.
