Panera Bread is my favorite “fast paced” dining around. It’s a healthy choice as well. Soups, sandwiches, bagels, soup bowls the best bread around and plenty of freshly made desserts. Smoothies, flavored coffees iced and hot and frappes that are delicious. The cinnamon crunch bagel is my ultimate favorite I come here just for that sometimes!
This was the worst experience ever!! The food was horrible. I paid $27 for watered down tomato soup a steak and cheese (not even a whole slice of meet on the sandwich) the vegetable soup was horrible. My tuna sandwich tasted like it came out of a blender!! We had to throw it away!! I’ve been in the food industry for 30 yrs NEVER had anything this bad! Can’t file a complaint no one answers for over 30 minutes!! Nice way to celebrate my birthday gift card!!
I give the food a 4 outta 10, the online curbside pick up ordering didn't work either. The cashier was very nice tho
Big and clean. Nice bathrooms. Busy but efficient. Overpriced but thats all Paneras.
I was extremely unsatisfied with my customer service experience. The older lady at the front taking orders was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After my friends and i ordered our food with no problems or anything, she said out loud “i don’t know where they came from”. She should not be working anywhere near the counter and customers.
