The Southside Bruegger’s is my favorite location. I have never entered this location and not received a friendly greeting. My order is always correct and they serve you with a smile. The employees seem genuinely happy and are always attentive to customers. If you’ve never had a western on an everything bagel, do it.. and download the app, there’s tons of freebies!
The best bagels in town. The cream cheese bagels are the best.
Went for breakfast - staff was great - food was great - and the coffee tasted especially good - they were operating in a safe manner

Its okay in terms of customer service cleaning im not gonna lie i worked here and sometimes people act unprofessional but regardless of that my feelings do not matter cleanliness needs to literally be enforced its filthy they do follow the rules for sanitation of hands and gloves ECT but the floors are dangerous in my opinion their food is delicious just make sure if you have an allergy you notify the person making your sandwiches to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction.
