I read all the reviews about slow delivery and hard cookies. I didn’t experience any of that. My cookies were on time, warm, and soft— just the way I like them! I got chocolate chunk, m&m, snickerdoodle, white chocolate macadamia, peanut butter chip, and salted caramel. Yum.

Cookies were over an hour and a half late. Upside: Ice cream was still cold, and cookies were a little warm BUT they gave me 2 peanut chip cookies instead of 2 pumpkin cheesecake. If they were going to replace an out of stock item, they should’ve doubled up on another cookie already ordered (got a box of 6). I didn’t ask for any peanut chip cookies. My roommate also has a nut allergy and I was planning on giving her the other supposed pumpkin cheesecake one. Huge disappointment, save your money.

I’ve had the cookies before, they are really good, especially when still warm. But the first time I went into the shop for take out the women behind the counter had a horrible attitude. Everything we ordered in our group was just followed with an eye roll and a sigh, I understand you don’t want to be at work but you could be more professional and courteous to your paying customers. I’ll keep coming back for the awesome product, but customer service needs attention.

I love this place, but the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The girl behind the counter always has the worst attitude, is impatient, and makes me never want to spend my money here again. I’ll go to a different location.

order cookies and they did not have half the cookies I ordered and did not tell me, It looks like they threw my cookies and ice cream on my porch. Horrible service and cookies where not that good. Next time I will just make my own then pay for overprice cookies that are thrown on my porch.
