I will not be going back. I ordered Pretzel sharks $22.00 this past Saturday August 29th and had to pick them up on Monday August 31st. I had a family emergency which prohibited me from getting there on Monday. I called this morning Tuesday Sept 1st to advise and apologize. I was originally told OK then received a call back stating that I could re order and pay AGAINud83eudd37. I explained my situation, there was no empathy, no nothing. The only thing they were concerned with was losing cost, It was a freaking pretzel in the form of a shark give me a break!!. I have never ordered from anywhere and not got any satisfaction. I was told the sharks were sold soooo I had to either pay another $22.00 bucks to get them made again or I could get half my money back. I've never heard of such!! There's no such thing as Customer Service at this establishment. As much as my family and I enjoy the pretzels We will not be returning. Sad story ud83dude1e
Nice service, great prices, only downside right now is there is no public bathroom.
Best pretzels in Pittsburgh. Delicious sandwiches and sides, try the broccoli salad!
