Panera Bread

All I order at Panera Bread is their mac n cheese. It's been my favorite for years now. For some reason, the last two visits to this particular Panera Bread I've ordered the large mac n cheese and been served what can only be described as cheesey noodle soup... completely watery, no cheese stuck to the noodles whatsoever, completely inedible and I've had to ask for a refund both times. The first time they claimed it was because they took it out of the therms and that's how it always is... not true. As I said I've been ordering this for years now. So on my last trip, the very next time I tried to give them my patronage, I called ahead. I figured if the issue was taking it out of therms, I'll call, ask if it's still in them. When I called they assured me it was. When I placed my order I actually had a friend with me so I paid for 2 large orders of mac n cheese, explained what had happened the last time, to which they all just looked at me funny, and I let them know I just called your store and was assured it wouldn't be watery, it was still in the therms and all would be well. Lo and behold it wasn't in therms, and it was the same watery mess I was served the first time. So now, this has been my second trip here, 3 purchases of the large mac n cheese, and all of it discussed ahead of time about how I was served something unsatisfactory before. All I was offered was an I'm sorry and a refund. Despite their assurances on my call that it wasn't going to be that again. I'm 20 minutes drive time from the nearest Panera Bread. Needless to say you won't be receiving my business anymore, nor the business of the friend who came with me the second time.

It's Panera. You know what to expect. Store was clean, staff was friendly.nThis location was pretty much like most other ones.

They need someone with better attitude and knows how to care customers and little bit quick handed!! I am there everyday to pick up a single drink and food. Always order online/app way a head of time, but never ready and I had to wait another 10-15 minutes.:(. Now I see why other folks are upset. My problem is I can’t stop going because I love their food. But their service sucks!! Picture is just an example. “Little things”matter.

Order thru door dash many times and have done pickup almost every time the order is wrong. Things are forgotten totally. Substitutions made. Hard to order online as choosing options are sometimes incorrect. So frustrating. My family loves their food but I can’t continue to throw money away. It’s better ordering at restaurant. They are more thorough in getting the order right. Step it up PH Panera!! Lots of places to choose from. This is dropping farther down on the list.

Horrible. Placed an order for delivery. For 2 drinks and 2 you pick two lunches, total with $5.99 delivery fee came to $39.87. Whenever the order was delivered, they forgot to send the drinks( which were $5 a piece). Called the store to ask for refund on the drinks since we did not receive them.nAlthough the employee that I spoke to was friendly and took my info to credit me back for the missing drinks, a refund was never issued. I called the store the following day, was again promised a refund, and have yet to receive my money back for items that I never received. I wasn't asking for a full refund or any additional compensation for the error, I only wanted my money back for the drinks. I wouldn't think it should be too much to comprehend that you do not get to charge people for a product that you did not provide. So, overall I spent $40 on 2 small cups of soup, and 2 half salads. Will never order from here again.
