Small bakery with great specialty items. Try the gobs and cinnamon pull aparts.
Cream puff and chocolate cake with chocolate cap were fabulous, white icing sweet rolls were dry and little flavor, buns stale, tons of pies, cookies and cakes.
Very dissapointed...I purchased a half a dozen of chocolate cupcakes ($ 7.50) today. This is the first time I went into the bakery in decades. I remember as a kid going to the terrace bakery when it was located in the former Brentwood Whitehall shopping center. So much for re-living childhood memories..I did not expect to have the cupcakes going stale. They were extremely dry and when you try to eat them, the cake broke apart and crumbled all over the table.If they were a day or two old, then they should have been marked and identified as such. Looks like it will be decades more before we make another purchase.
They ladies are so welcoming and their food is amazing. Going to this place gives the comfortable feeling of visiting my grandma with home made breads! Thank you for recreating this memory for me.
