This panera is so-so! 12 noon, At the highest peek of lunch time, they had 1 woman taking orders for everything. She was slicing bread and 1 doz. bagels and taking a food order for one person and the line grew to better than 12 to 15 customers! Not always clean tables. Not enough staff!
The food was just ok. Skimpy on the chicken salad. Was supposed to be on toasted bread. Was not. The other sandwich had barely any meat and was to be on a baguette. Was not. Never give butter to put on the piece of baguette they give you with soup or salad!
The new chicken chipotle flatbread Pizza was amazing
This Panera is terrible! They mess up the orders constantly and everytime we get a sandwich there you never know what you are going to get. I have attached a picture of my Chipotle Bacon Melt.
Ordered from the Kiosk and as usual will not accept chip cards and you have to swipe about 20 times for it to read your debit card. They did get my order correct this time, I was so excited until I went to the soda machine. Gave me all soda water with no syrup in my Pepsi. Panera never disappoints.
