I go to this Dunkin at least once a week but I'm going to have to start driving further to another one because I'm over it. My order tastes the way it should about 1 out of 10 times. It's not like I'm asking for anything crazy - an iced coffee with hazelnut swirl and cream. They frequently give me the wrong flavor or no flavor or not enough or too much - insanely inconsistent. Last time they gave me someone else's food. One woman who frequently works the drive thru is really nice, but the other doesn't wear a mask and somehow never knows what I ordered. I need to stop punishing myself and go somewhere else.
They always make my coffee great ( extra cream and extra sugar). And the staff is pleasant.
The sandwich I got was pretty bland but overall the expierience was great!
Wonderful courteous service, clean, and very delicious.
Trin and Marissa were so kind to us! They made our visit quick and easy even though our order was complicated! Thank you both for your awesome attitudes! Yinz are awesome!
