Wow! I'm so glad I found Royalties. The location is convenient, it's easy to book online, the staff and owner are so friendly, the prices are reasonable...I could go on and on. I can't wait for my next visit. I highly recommend checking them out!!

I have had Brazilian waxes at various places around the city, this was by far the best with Angelica. Not a hair anywhere down there. She was very very efficient which is important for me. She makes you feel comfortable. I didn’t have a true wax home but I think I may have found one. I wish I could post a pic I swear my kitty is so pretty ☺ufe0f☺ufe0f but you’ll just have to take my word. There was steps involved to get up to the third floor but hell I needed the exercise. I have several places I wouldn’t recommend but I will definitely be back to Royalties. A+++

This place is absolutely amazing !! The staff is so lovely. I’ve never had a more exceptional experience getting eyelash extensions done before. Amazing people and amazing skills !!! Will be back 1000%

Angelica is both professional and educated in her practice. I've experienced everything from lashes to waxing in the Netherlands. I haven't looked any further for my beauty needs!!!!

I have never left a bad review in my life and truly don’t believe on slandering a place due to a bad experience. However, please avoid seeing Ashly for lashes. I have had my lashes done for over 5 years now in New York and know the exact length and look that I want. I am able to articulate this clearer with selecting my exact lash length and providing photos. Ashly decided to add length 16 to my lashes to achieve the look I wanted after I strictly advised between 12-13. It is a known best practice that going above 13 is seldomly recommended for a natural, semi -permanent look as advertised. I was to get the royal lash set that is advertised as “semi-permanent, which is false advertising along with the material of lash that Ashly confirmed was not silk or mink as advertised all over their website. I had to have them professionally removed and also received confirmation of the type of lashes, as well as the lengths she used which was up to 17. If she did not know how to do lashes or a simple classic look, let me also advise I asked for “half set” of whatever “full set” I paid for and it still came out poorly. I apologize to the owner for this review, but after realizing the false advertisement for semi perm and the type of lash material that was used, this is unacceptable. A person does not sit there for 2hrs to be disappointed. It is not about the money, it is about the service and integrity to be ethical to your clients. I will not be recommending this place and I will be reporting this to Groupon.
