I got a few things done. Loved my brows and lashes. Nails are an issue but reading through the reviews, I'm not the only one who has had a problem with the nail service. Should have read the reviews before I went. Students were very nice and very professional.nHowever, I will strongly stress the fact that these are students. ASK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS ABOUT TO GRADUATE because it seems to me that there are no evaluations to decide if a student is ready to progress to PRACTICING on an actual human. As the teachers waltz around, they never ever ask the customer if they service is satisfactory and quite frankly they don't care because you are paying bare minimum for services of students. I will be going back only because I didn't have enough time for them reverse the work they did. I most certainly do not blame the student, she's still learning, which is why staff should be ASSISTING!!! But like I said, the students are very nice and professional.

This place is very unprofessional. They let students run around cussing in front of adults and seniors, the teachers have no control over student . If they are supposed to be teaching students about a professional REAL world they need to teach them what it means to have an appointment. I understand they are students but the professionalism truly leaves something to be desired. They truly are not preparing students correctly. But the students are just following behind the unprofessional teachers.

I got a scalp treatment from Carlena and it was very soothing/refreshing. Knew what she was doing for every step. The best stylist to go to if you want to feel your best!
