Love this place! The therapists are the best, they really listen to you!
I can't give this place more than two stars because they don't have great quailty therapists as other ME's. Also, they charge you if you cancel less than 24 hours, even if they fill the spot. Sometimes they will only charge half, but often charge the full amount. I think they have this policy because they don't have the best quality therapists, and probably don't get as much recurring business as they would like.nMy suggestion- hire Only great therapists. Don't charge customers who cancel less than 24 hours if you are able to fill that appointment spot. It will give you a good customer service feel, which goes a long way, which you are in need of.
Great service! Fantastic ambiance as always with Massage Envy. Looking for that deep,deep, intense tissue massage? Kenny is the one for the job. Would definitely be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't get a membership here.
My husband and I both think very highly of Massage Envy. We are both members but one doesn't have to be a member to book a massage. I've been dealing with frozen shoulder and massage has helped greatly.
Just got a great massage for my husband and myself. I've had a knot in my back for a week now, and my husband has medical problems with his knee. Both massage therapists helped us tremendously and now we are sleepy. The nice ladies at the front gave us tea that also helped me stop coughing (I'm sick right now). Great service, would highly recommend.
