Never bought anything from here before but it's my favorite date night spot with my boyfriend. We love to walk around and look at all the decor and furniture and design a home together. The sales people are always friendly and arent always aggressively trying to sell stuff, but it's always clean and they have a great variety of tastes.
Granted everyone is wearing masks, I was the only POC in the store that I could see at my time of visit. No-one greeted me as I walked through the entire store. I walked by two associates, one who watched me, which felt uncomfortable.nnI really like Pottery Barn but I guess I won’t be shopping there if I have to look white or wealthy enough to be greeted.
Horrible online experience. Ordered Sunbrella pillows in July. A week later they delayed shipment a month. I called to cancel and they refused. Now in October they again delayed shipment a month. I called to cancel and they refused.nnAbsolutely disgusted with Pottery Barn. I used to like this brand.
Dont know what's so great about pottery
The Pottery Barn Teen online customer service is nothing less than subpar.
